Olga Amorim founded CNLP to connect companies and institutions across the Portuguese-speaking world. She brings 30 years of experience in training and consulting, specialising in organisational and behavioural development, leadership and team performance. Through her consultancy, Olga Amorim Lda, she works with organisations on performance diagnostics, leadership development and high-performance coaching.
